Keith Urban celebrated his hit Long Hot Summer going #1 in Nashville in a VERY cool way: he invited two talented fans to perform with him at the party! How did he find out about them? You Tube. And, Keith is just getting over vocal cord surgery which was followed by weeks of silence. He was forced to adapt, causing an unexpected problem, and he tells us all about it.

David Nail took the stage at Joe’s Bar on Weed Street for the first installment of the 2012 edition of US99.5 Live Country and rocked the house!

Besides the hits, he also threw in a cover of Gavin DeGraw’s “I Don’t Wanna Be”. Overall, it was pretty awesome!

Keith Urban did something really cool and unexpected at his #1 party for “Long Hot Summer”!

Keith searched YouTube for aspiring musicians and then he invited two to join him at the #1 Party in Nashville to perform the song with him on stage at the party. They were great! The girl playing guitar is from Hazard, Kentucky and the guy singing is from Kansas City.
